I purchased this piece in a very badly tarnished state—in part because I could not resist the fabulous fox head

I believe, which I believe would have functioned as a cigarette case, with a strap on side of the interior for holding them in. The hand engraved exterior is fun man in loin cloth with stallion as if straight out of a romance novel on one side, young woman with beach ball on the other but it's the erotic nudes on the interior that really make it;
