done by a 14 year old Chantal Cheviot (signed on the edging on reverse) in the earlyish 20th century I would guess

the likes of which one sees all around these parts

right down to the 100% perfect lettering in black ink on the front cover

Some crazing to the interior as one would expect

but all booklets holding together and nothing especially brittle or fragile
