There is excellent richness to the concentrated and beautifully textured broad-shouldered flavors that possess focused power and a subtle minerality that really comes up on the youthfully austere and strikingly long finish

rather jewelly nose – the Pinot most like a typical Central Otago Pinot so far to me (though this is probably not the intention at Felton Road)

There is fine richness to the solidly concentrated flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the mildly warm finale. This is not especially refined but it is delicious and a wine that should be approachable young.
