Austrian distiller Hans Reisetbauer in Axberg transforms 35 kilograms of organic carrots into a single liter of eau de viean astonishing concentration ratio. The carrots are biodynamically grown by Christian Schaddler on a farm 50 kilometers from the distillery, harvested in September October, washed, chopped, and liquefied using natural enzymes. After 810 days of fermentation at a cool 1617C in stainless steel, the liquid is twice
