2022 Guilhem & Jean-Hugues Goisot, Bourgogne Cotes d'Auxerre Blanc, Burgundy, France Ostal Levant 2019 Swick Wines Marsanne "Orange"Biodynamically farmed (demeter certified). Focus on soil health, low yields, physiologic ripeness and overall balance in the vineyard (and in the resulting wines). Natural yeast fermentation in tank. Aged in a combination of tank and demi muids (600L barrels). Little to no fining or filtration.
